A quick fit check

Is this the right type of project for us?

We are currently focused on standard bathroom renovations without major structural or drainage changes.

Usually a good fit

  • Replacing a bathroom suite
  • New tiles, shower, bath or vanity
  • Updating finishes and storage
  • Keeping the general room layout

Outside our current scope

  • Moving or removing walls
  • Major drainage or soil-pipe relocation
  • Significant damp or rot repair
  • Work requiring planning permission

Not sure? Tell us what you have in mind. We will let you know plainly whether it fits our current scope.

How it works

Four decisions, in the right order

1

Share the basics

Tell us about the room, location and work you are considering.

2

Visit & specify

We assess the room and discuss the design and material direction.

3

Review the quote

You receive an itemised scope and schedule before deciding.

4

Install & hand over

We complete the agreed work, clear the room and walk you through it.

Typical target: 7–10 working days

For a standard bathroom with no layout changes. The confirmed timeline depends on room condition, access, specification and product availability.

Founding client rate

An introductory rate for our first projects

We are building our first P&Y project portfolio, so early projects are quoted at a founding-client rate. The exact scope, price and terms are confirmed in your itemised quote—without asking you to commit first.
